Booking process
• Email
office@chillchalet.com or call us on +44 (0)1273 725622 or +44 (0)7931 967861 with your preferred dates.
• We will email you within 24 hours with availability and may offer to hold dates for up to a week while you consider your options.
• If you decide to book we'll request details of any extras you require such as ski hire, lift passes or packed lunches.
• We'll email you details of how to pay a non-refundable 20% deposit by bank or credit card or online bank transfer.
• You will receive an email receipt and then 2 months before your trip a reminder of when your final balance amount is due.
• When you have paid in full we'll send a confirmation email with how to find us and details of any extras you've booked.
• By making a booking you are automatically agreeing to our terms and conditions.
Terms and conditions
• Our prices are based on 2 or 3 people sharing a room so for single occupancy you will pay 20% on top of the weekly rate.
• If you prefer you can pay in full when you book and if you cancel before your balance was due we'll return 80% of your payment to you.
• Your deposit is non-refundable, and if you cancel your trip within 2 months of arrival we cannot offer you any refund.
• Your booking is not confirmed until we have received payment in full.
• We reserve the right to cancel your holiday with a full refund up to 1 month before your arrival.
