Rock climbing in the French Alps * Ice Climbing
* Rock Climbing and Mountaineering
* Via Ferrata

There are hundreds of routes for all abilities accessible from our chalets. If you are new to the area we can arrange for a private guide to show you some of the many and varied routes. Some of the most popular routes are:

* le Crut for the most basic rock climbing routes suitable for beginners.
* Ascending the Traversiere glacier to 3350 m.
* Small rock climbing on the Saloge cliff face.
* Climbing to the Dome de Glaciers at 3592 m or the Small Needle at 3468 m.
* Multi pitch rock climbing on the edge of Franchet, Oeillasses or Mont Pourri.
* Absails and boulders at la Sassiere.
* Long ascents at the Tete de Balme or la Grande Paree or la Pierra Menta.

There are several companies who offer mountaineering or rock climbing courses in the Vanoise National Park. So if you are interested in doing a course we can arrange this for you.

They run weekly from June to September and cost around 680 Euros per person for 5 days, or around 200 Euros for 2 days.
The price includes guidance and instruction by a fully qualified high mountain guide, the loan of harnesses, helmets, ropes and carabineers, ice axes and crampons.
