Mar 09 We loved the food and were so grateful that you managed to deal with our funny dietary foibles. We've stayed in chalets before and never has anyone managed our requirements as well as Jemma. So we were full and happy every evening. Jan, Apr 08 Great food and LOTS of it! The chalet is fantastic, really lovely and homely and Drew and Kate were great, their cooking was great, massive portions and really excellent tasty food, really helpful and really fun. I will definately spread the word about the chalet and recommend it to everyone I can, it's a fantastic place. One of the main reasons that we stay with you year after year is that you feed us so well. When I've been out in the cold all day I want a big filling meal when I get home, which is exactly what you always provide, so you keep dishing it up and we'll keep coming back to eat it! The place is incredibly convenient. We loved the location and everything worked out well. The kids loved their room especially the skylight and of course the games. The location of your chalet was perfect and the hospitality was greatly appreciated. In addition, your cooking and the ability to "let loose" was a welcomed change during our trip. I also liked the fact that we were able to eat as a group and meet others traveling through that area as well. I hope I can stay next year and be in good shape. Being in Bourg brought back a lot of good memories. Especially because I used to live here. Now that Les Arcs has a good park I reckon it will be mad busy next year. I feel fed and healthy now, god knows what I am going to do when I have to cook for myself. The location is amazing and it's great to be so near the slopes but also not to have to trudge miles to get to the shops or the pub. We love the chalet, very cosy and warm. We had a great time and will be back at Easter for sure. Katie. Dec 09 We had a fantastic time staying at the Chillchalet. The staff really looked after us well and were very flexible with meal times and me not liking cheese! The chalet was perfect for us and we had everything we needed for a chilled week. We certainly timed the trip right having a dump of snow the week before then sunshine and blue skies all the week we were there. Nice for enjoying extended lunches with a few beers on the mountain with spectacular scenery! Will definitely be returning to Chillchalet in the future as it ticks all the boxes and being so close to the station makes it so much less stressful with travelling. see you next year! March 07 Thanks so much we love your chalet and the village. The chalet suited us perfectly. I especially liked the films on the hard drive. I'm on at David to get us one now. the best thing was how central it was and convenient and the worst thing was how big the portions were - I am going back a stone heavier than when I arrived. The Hedge family, Feb 09 Great food, great company and Chris and Lucy's advice on servicing snowboards and other snowboarding related stuff was brilliant. You were a gem booking it all for us and Chris was so patient with our lack of knowledge and made it all so easy for us even though we didn't know one end of a board from another. I feel lucky that we found you for our first stay and will be coming back for sure. It was all even more amazing than I imagined it would be. Alice and Finn, Dec 09 We had a fantastic stay at Chillchalet, lived up to its name with relaxed atmosphere, felt like you could just make yourself at home. Clare and Kelly were great too, very friendly and good local knowledge. No complaints or issues at all with the service, we'd definitely look to return next year if we come to France again and would recommend it to anyone. So convenient on the Eurostar from London too, gave us an extra 2 days we haven't had with flying/transfers in the past. It was the first chance to relax in months, I really loved the chilled out vibe of the place. I don't know what to suggest to make it better, it is what most of us are looking for, no hassel, good price, comfort and a good feed every night. We'll definately be back next season.
