Services which are not included but can be provided for a fee are:
Day time or evening in-house childcare
We use a company called
Alpine Child Care who are a private nanny agency. They can provide a nanny for your family on an hourly basis for 15 Euros an hour per nanny. They don't have minimum booking so you can just have a nanny for a few hours, or for a whole week. You can either contact them directly or give us your requirements and we'll arrange it for you.
Transport to the chalet from the airport or railway station
We can arrange your transfers from the airport for you via a company called The Coolbus. They offer very competitive prices and we have found them to be very reliable. You can either book with them directly or give us your flight details and we'll make the arrangements for you.
Sports massage or reflexology in your room
A company called Massage Me have a team of practitioners who can come to the chalet to give you a range of treatments, from a sports massage, to aromatherapy or a hot stone massage. They charge 30 Euros for every 30 mins, but offer discounts for group bookings.
Lessons, guiding and other structured activities on the mountain
We can arrange for you to have ski lessons, pony treks, kayak lessons and countless other act ivies. Just let us know what you are keen to do when you book and we'll give you all the information you require and make any necessary arrangements. Packed lunches
We can make you packed lunches to take out with you. What you have is entirely up to you, but to give you an idea in the past we have made lunches for 6 Euros which include a drink, a ham and cheese baguette and a chocolate bar. We have also taken lunch to people on the mountain with chilled wine and a full picnic hamper for 20 Euros per head. Just let us know what you would like when you book.
Equipment hire
We can arrange all your equipment hire for you. This takes the hassle away from you, and we can also often get discounts for our guests. Let us know your requirements when you book and we'll get you some quotes and information about your options.
