Breakfast
Guests have told us that they like to be flexible about when they have breakfast, so we don't have a fixed breakfast time, but allow you to help yourselves at times that suit you. So we provide:
* tea and coffee making facilities
* a fridge filled with orange juice, milk and yogurts
* croissants, pain aux chocolats and a microwave in case you prefer them warm
* porridge oats and cereals
* french toast, butter and a selection of jams and condiments
We set our menus based on what people have told us they like so if there's anything missing that you would like to have, just let us know. We can also provide cooked options if you are happy to have a fixed meal time.
Teatime treats available all day
Again we have found people prefer not to have a fixed tea time because they all get home at different times, so we have tea and coffee making facilities and cake and biscuits available all day.
Dinner with wine
We focus on large portions of hearty home cooked food, and have found that people prefer a large main course with pudding rather than having a starter and smaller main course. So here is an example of some of our meals:
* Lasagna with salad and garlic bread - raspberry cheesecake
* Pork with a pesto crust with boulanger potatoes and carrots - pear crumble and custard
* Chilli with rice, nachos and sour cream - chocolate orange mousse
* Chicken pie with mashed potatoes and carrots - banana toffee cake and ice cream
If you would prefer to have starters that's fine we can provide them for no extra cost, just ask us when you book.
A bed with linen and towels
Some companies ask you to bring your own towels or to rent them, and sometimes even to rent your sheets! We think this is a scam way to make extra money, so it's included in our price.
All local resort taxes paid on your behalf
All tourists in France have to pay a nightly tourist tax which many companies don't tell you about until you arrive. We include it in our price.
Wireless internet access and use of our computers, plasma TV, dvds, books and X-box games
You'll find hundreds of books and films for you to use in the chalets, and we have wireless internet so if you don't want to use our computer you can use a laptop of your own.
